Description

This is a vintage meerschaum pipe and matching case. The case is in good condition, it has 2 working hinges and a closing mechanism as well. The 2 pieces together weigh 2.6 oz. prior to shipping materials. I did the moisture test on the bowl and the moisture was absorbed into the outside of the bowl. This test indicates that it more than likely is carved from a block rather than pressed pieces together. It doesn't have any grain showing.
