If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact me. With that said, this is a VTG Face & Top Hat Hand Made Custom Carved Genuine Briar Tobacco Smoking Pipe market Patent. This pipe is used and has signs of use. There is black around and inside the bowl from use. This has been gently cleaned but there are still tobacco remnants/build up inside the bowl. The finish is still pretty good, but there are a few little marks/scratches here and there, and also in the deeper carved areas it is a little duller than the rest. The top hat is good and fits well, but it has three little marks 2 appear to be chips and the other seems like a mark on the top hat. There is black residue inside the top hat as well. The stem and mouthpiece has faded some, I believe it used to be darker black. There are bite marks around the mouthpiece and normal general scratching throughout. The outside and inside the bowl have been gently cleaned. I have not cleaned inside the stem because I didn't have any pipe cleaner. This will need a better cleaning. Just noticed there is a little hole around the rim of the bowl. That was there when I bought it, it appears original but may not be. Measurements are in pictures. I'm sure I missed something so please see my pictures or ask for more condition information. Please look closely at my pictures.
