RDPipes Estate Pipe - The pipe is marked as follows: RDPipes stamped on the underside Up for auction is a handmade unsmoked, brand new, estate pipe from RDPipes. Pipedia lists the maker as Ron D Powell a carver that I found on some pipe forums who is making pipes again after a short hiatus. Really a nice Rhodey, I cannot find a reason that this is unsmoked other than it is a stunning pipe that is begging for a new owner. The color of the rim and stem tie this pipe together really well. The dark stain is a nice contrast and how about that ring grain!! This pipe is terrific and I hope the pictures do it justice. Military style mount with a wonderful and snug push fit. The bit is very comfortable on this one. The bowl is 1 1/4" deep and 13/16" across. The wide rim distance is near 2" across, really a show stopper. The length is 5 1/2" from the front tip of the rim and 4 1/2" from the bottom center of the bowl. Wonderful design as the pipe seems larger than it is. You can even clench this beaty as it only weighs 1.6 oz. The dimensions are done to the best of my ability. Any props or display items are not included unless specified.
