Description

This pipe is a Stanwell second called Bijou. The Stanwell shape is difficult to guess because it is a billiard , but it is similar to shape 03. It is a mediu m sized billiard with a long tapered stem. It is fully rusticated. There is some wear on one side of the rim that has discolored the finish. The stem is in great condition with one small indent from teeth chatter. All pipes restored by Danish Estates are sanitized as a first and last step. The chamber of the pipe is reamed down to the briar. The pipe undergoes a treatment to remove potential ghosting. Then necessary re pa irs and restoration are completed.
