This policy is due to the extreme rarity(and value) of most of my parts and the complexity of the vehicles they go on…..especially since some of my parts have over 25 year old electrical, mechanical, hydraulic components(including fluids) and/or other controls either attached or within the system(s) that may operate or function with my parts that may be deteriorated/defective/faulty(and/or could fail at any time), possibly causing my parts to either fail prematurely or fail as soon as they are installed or "connected/plugged in"…..Plus, there is the risk of so many other possible problems/issues that could cause my parts to fail or not work properly once installed, like just “improper installation” or even “misdiagnosis” due to the diagnosis-installation being done by a "backyard" or "house-garage mechanic" trying to save $$$......So sorry, and please no offense to anyone, but all this is just too “risky”, especially with it being “all” at my risk and expense. Therefore, the only way for me to give any kind of warranty and/or guarantee(up to 90 days) is for me to "personally" install my parts on buyer's vehicle myself, or it being done by a ASE MASTER TECHNICIAN at an ASE CERTIFIED place of business, and therefore someone I know who will properly inspect/check/diagnose "all" systems and conditions(including just proper maintenance) associated with any and all systems connected with or to any of my parts being installed(especially all the electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems) just to make sure there aren’t any “other” possible issues within “all” the system(s) that may be associated with my replacement parts that could cause my parts to directly or indirectly fail(as most parts fail for a reason, including reasons as simple as just “lack of maintenance” or “poor/improper maintenance”) ….and all this must be done “before” my part(s) are installed and/or connected-plugged in, thus not inadvertently damaging/blowing/ruining my part(s) just by installing them into a misdiagnosed, faulty and/or even just due to the improper maintenance of a system or vehicle. *****SO IF A BUYER WANTS A WARRANTY/GUARANTEE THEY WILL NEED TO LET ME KNOW “BEFORE PURCHASING” AND I CAN PROVIDE ONE EITHER BY THE INSTALLATION BEING DONE BY MYSELF(LISTED AS A "SERVICE" ON EBAY ONCE A PRICE/COST HAS BEEN AGEED TO BY BOTH THE BUYER AND SELLER), OR ONCE ALL DOCUMENTATION-INFORMATION OF THE "ASE" MASTER TECHNICIAN AND "ASE" CERTIFIED PLACE DOING THE WORK HAS BEEN VERIFIED. ....OTHERWISE, this listing is sold “AS IS” and for “PARTS ONLY” and/or “NOT WORKING”…..Thanks.
